Adult Therapy

Billie offers therapy to adults only and is trained in evidence-based trauma therapy including EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy. She is also trained in CBT and ACT. Therapy sessions are 50-55mins (90mins EMDR).

I accept referrals for currently serving ADF Members with a referral from your Medical Officer/Health Centre. Private therapy sessions follow the APS National Schedule of Suggested Fees 2025-2026 fee of $318. 

With a mental health care plan, you can claim $145.25 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Private health insurance may cover some of the cost.
