Schedule of Fees

Assessment fees are based on the Australian Psychological Society’s Schedule of Fees 2025-2026 ($318.00 per 45-60 min session). The assessment process—including face-to-face consultation, psychometric testing, clinical interpretation, and report writing—requires a minimum of 7 hours to complete. Determining the appropriate assessment pathway is part of the intake process. 

Payments can be made in instalments with the full amount due at the final appointment. 

For people under aged 25, there may be medicare rebates for assessment services if you have been referred by a paediatrician or psychiatrist prior to commencement of assessment process. The rebate is only claimable after the assessment. 

There are no Medicare rebates for adults and NDIS do not cover costs for diagnostic assessments. 

Check with your private health insurance if assessments are covered by your plan.

Billie is trained in schema therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, CBT and ACT.  

With a GP mental health care plan, you will receive a rebate of $145.25 for up to ten sessions per calendar year. Accepting serving defence members with a referral from your health centre.
