Cancellation Policy

The practice requests 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 

One cancellation per client will be waived as a courtesy; we understand unexpected things happen. Future cancellations with < 48hours notice will attract a fee of 50% of the appointment charge. 

If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment, full payment will be required to secure the next available booking.
