Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required for appointment bookings. This fee goes towards payment for the service. 

The practice requests 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 

One cancellation per client will be waived as a courtesy; additional cancellations with < 48hours notice will attract a fee of 50% of the appointment charge.
